Photographs in.
A film of the property out.
From the shots your agent already takes on their phone. No crew, no shoot day, nothing for your team to install or learn.
Photographs of every room, taken on a phone
One film, like a drone flying through the home, in your brand
How it works
Four simple steps.
Ten minutes of them are yours.
-
One
Tell us about the listing
Send us the listing and a quick sketch of the floor plan — a photo of a hand drawing is enough. One message on WhatsApp.
Yours · one message
-
Two
We show you how to photograph it
We send back simple instructions for that property: which rooms, in what order, and where to stand. No training, nothing to install.
Ours · one page
-
Three
Your agent takes the photographs
On their phone, on a visit they were making anyway. It takes about ten minutes. They send them on WhatsApp as a document, or as a Drive link, so they keep full quality.
Yours · ten minutes
-
Four
The finished film comes back
In 36 hours or less, vertical and ready to post, in your agency’s brand, closing on the property’s details and the agent’s — with two short Reels in a viral format.

The showcase
This is what comes back.
Like a drone flying through the property, room by room. Ninety seconds, with no cuts. Drag the strip to walk it yourself.
What it asks of you
Nothing else changes.
The reason agencies stop filming properties is never the film. It is everything around it. So there is nothing around it.
- No crew Nobody from Glide visits the property, ever.
- No equipment A phone your agent already carries.
- No scheduling No calendar to align, no owner to arrange access with twice.
- No software Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
- No training One page, read once, and your whole team can do it.
- No commitment Send one listing and see. Then decide about the rest.
Why agencies use it
You win the listing in the meeting,
not on the feed.
An owner gives the property to whoever shows them the best plan for it. So walk in able to show that plan, finished, while everyone else in the running is still describing what they would do.
- 36 hours
- Photographs in, finished showcase out. Not a week.
- Under 0.1%
- What a showcase costs against a $300,000 asking price.
- 90 seconds
- Like a drone flying through every room, with no cuts between them.
- Nothing
- What your agents buy, install, or have to learn.
Also worth knowing: 70% of home buyers search on a phone or tablet (National Association of Realtors, 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, United States). A vertical film is made for that screen.
-
It wins you the listing
Walk into the pitch able to show the owner how their property will be presented, while everyone else in the running is describing it.
-
Every listing, not the lucky few
No availability to check and no choosing which property deserves it. Anything you take on can be filmed in 36 hours or less, at the same standard.
-
Nothing lands on your agents
They photograph the property on a visit they are already making, and send the files over. That is the whole change.
-
A price you can plan around
One known figure per showcase, the same for a studio as for a penthouse, and less than a tenth of a percent of what the property is being sold for.
-
Your feed stops going quiet
A finished film for every property means the platforms get fed constantly, in your brand, without anyone on your team chasing content to post.
Filming a property the usual way
- Find a videographer and book them in
- Arrange access around the owner’s schedule
- Wait almost a week for the edit
- Pay per shoot, and it moves with the property
- Worth it for a handful of listings
Filming a property with Glide
- Nothing to book, no one’s calendar to work around
- Your agent photographs it on a visit they already make
- Receive the showcase thirty-six hours later
- One price per showcase, known before you start
- Worth it for every listing you hold
Start with one listing. Ninety seconds later you will know whether you want it on all of them.
What it costs
Premium property showcases without the time, logistics, or cost of a traditional shoot.
Filming a property normally means booking a videographer, arranging access, losing time on site and waiting most of a week for an edit — for one listing.
This is the same result for every listing you hold.

Questions we get asked
The things agencies ask first.
- Does anyone from Glide visit the property?
- No. Nobody from Glide ever visits. Your agent photographs it on their phone during a visit they are already making, and sends the files over.
- How long does a showcase take?
- 36 hours or less, from the moment we have the photographs.
- What do we have to send you?
- Photographs of each room, taken the way our photo guide shows — we send you simple instructions first, so nobody has to guess. Send them on WhatsApp as a document, or as a Drive link, so they keep full quality — normal WhatsApp photos are compressed and arrive at a lower quality. A quick sketch of the layout is optional and helps.
- Does the film carry our branding?
- Yes. Your agency’s name runs through the film, and it closes on a card carrying the property’s details and the agent’s, in your brand.
- What format does it arrive in?
- Vertical at 1080, ready to post to Instagram Reels, TikTok, or a listing page. Every showcase also comes with two short Reels in a viral format, at no extra cost.
- What if the property is empty?
- That is what Interior Enhancement is for: the rooms are styled and furnished in the photographs before the showcase is built, so a buyer sees a home rather than a shell.
- Is a showcase the same as a virtual tour?
- No. A virtual tour is something a buyer clicks around in. A showcase is a film — one continuous shot that moves like a drone flying through the property, room by room, ready to post to Reels, TikTok or a listing page.
- Where in Lebanon do you work?
- Anywhere in Lebanon. Because nobody from Glide travels to the property, a listing in Batroun or Saida is the same job as one in Achrafieh — same price, same 36 hours.
- We already work with a videographer.
- Keep them for your flagship properties. Glide is for everything else — the listings that never get a video because a shoot day doesn’t make sense for them.
